3rd Scandinavian Course on Urinary Stone Disease

Target:

The course is directed towards urologists in training as well as trained urologists, who want to be updated in the field of urolithiasis.
Dedicated nurses may also participate.

Background: During the past decades the principles of evaluation and treatment of patients with upper urinary tract stone disease have changed dramatically.
The first course was held in Copenhagen April 2004, the second course in Oslo 2006, - both with great success according to the evaluation by the participants. The course is planned to be repeated every second year, alternating between Denmark, Norway and Sweden, with changing focus according to the development and evolution of knowledge.
Aim:

The purpose of this course is to provide an update regarding the major aspects of urinary stone disease.

Accreditation The course is accredited by the Norwegian Medical Association for residents in urological training.
EU-ACME accreditation application is pending.
